Personal_Finance_blogger Ryan Guina is a busy man: he is a writer, a small business owner, an entrepreneur, a professional in the corporate world, a father and a husband. He has also been publishing his popular personal finance site Cash Money Life since 2007, making him one of the “old-school” personal finance bloggers that helped jumpstart the niche.

After serving a tour in the US Air Force, Ryan started Cash Money Life as a place to discuss his interest in personal finance and to keep a career journal for himself. The site has become a popular destination for those searching for friendly, cohesive financial information over the years and has even been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, MSN Money, and Yahoo!.

The most popular post on his site is – not surprisingly – How to Become A Millionaire: 5 Steps to Becoming Wealthy. In it, Ryan goes through the steps he and his wife are taking to make sure they themselves are eventually millionaires while encouraging readers to find their own path to do the same.

For those of you who have been or still are in the military, Ryan also runs the website The Military Wallet. This site is tailored to help military members, veterans and their families better manage their money and understand the programs and benefits available to them.

If you aren’t reading Cash Money Life or The Military Wallet on a regular basis, you’re missing out. Ryan and his wife live in the Greater Chicagoland area, so if that’s your part of the country be on the lookout and say hello!
