I was a little disappointed that your solution for maintaining my already good credit score was to sell me a $75 “tool”, which I’m sure is great, but… You’ve got a great site, tone down the sales pitch and match it to your own calculated scores for need! Your response to me should be, ‘Good job, can’t help you, keep it up!’ Also, don’t try to sell someone with 10 years remaining on their mortgage a 30 year note at a higher interest rate! Bad advice!!

Hi Jim! Thank you so much for the great feedback. As I type this, we’re working on a solution to make sure that folks with good credit (like you) get more “congratulations” and less sales pitch. Our intention was to let those who need help with their credit know that we have a solution for them and not to recommend the tool unnecessarily. We’ll make the change! Thanks again for your helpful feedback – and keep it coming!
